Service: Income Tax Refund

There's NOTHING I didn't like about the service.  To be honest, I thought it was too good to be true and am still wary that my refund will come back to haunt me somewhere along the line - meaning that I will have to pay it back somehow!  The service was absolutely fantastic.  Phone calls and emails to keep me updated, always polite, not demanding, just incredibly efficient.  I would like to thank Catrina my case worker very much.  Well done.

The service that refunds direct provided was brilliant! It was the inland revenue that kept me waiting which was no fault of refunds direct!!!
